## Euhomy Reviews in United States

### *---- "New app is worse, bring back the old app"
Fix this APP!! The new version of the app does not work as well as the previous version. In the new version, the app will not report the actual temperature of the cooler. Now I have to turn around and actually look at the cooler to see the actual temperature. Please repair this defect, or go back to the old version.

### ***-- "Wish there was a voltage chart showing low medium high voltage"
Wish there was a button telling if the fridge is running or not. Also wish if there was a dark mode theme.
-- evforme, 2026-07-30

### *---- "Intrusive"
Unfortunately I am unable to use the Bluetooth feature with my euhomy device because I am required to create an account so I can allow euhomy access to private personal information.
-- qwerty :-(, 2026-07-25

### *---- "App not working properly"
When I bough my mini car refrigerator I got the app, I was able to control the temp, lock and unlock the buttons but now after the update I can’t do anything, when I opened the app the only thing I see now it’s the word ready that’s it, I removed the fridge and paired again but still having the same issue.
-- La_muerte, 2026-06-16

### ***** "Nice cooler app"
The app is simple and functional very user friendly
-- Alex@barber, 2026-04-25

### ***** "App works well"
I’m not sure why people are upset about the app but it works perfectly well for me. It doesn’t lag nor give me any issues, works well and fast with the machine too. Makes life a lot easier but it also makes me lazy :P
-- imtheonlyrealuser, 2026-04-11

### **--- "Cap"
Had the tag saying to hook my maker to the app couldn’t figure out how to connect it to the app no where in the manual
-- Bubble-Fries, 2026-03-07

### *---- "Do not get app!"
I tried to pair my IM013 to the app and it did not have that option, and it would not find the machine and not connect 1/5 do not recommend.
-- Harmony. P, 2026-03-06

### *---- "Privacy concerns"
For some reason, the control of a simple ice maker, when you agree to their t&c’s make sure you’re ok with them collecting all your personal data. The product is a means to have access to all your data so they can sell this and make additional revenue selling your biometrics, where you travel and any other personal data you have on your devices.
-- BK413502, 2026-01-04

### *---- "Really?!"
Really?! this pointless remote off switch needs my email address, my location, and to connect to other Bluetooth devices on my network?!
