The app seems useless to raise a service request. When repair is selected in service booking, the ‘select defect’ drop down doesn’t work. Without that we can’t move to next page either. Forcing us to call chargeable call centre number for raising a small service request.
Within AMC period there are total 10 issues came in machine. For first issue they took almost 1.5 month to resolve. Now again and again water leakage issue is coming. There technician are not qualified and not solving issue permanently. The first issue which I mentioned above took 1.5month to solved is because i raised a public greviance against them on CPGRAM portal. Now dont know how much time they will take to solve the water leakage. Worst experience
Worst APP Worst customer care service as it is connecting to some other company No skilled technician Regaular problems in purifier not attended properly by technician Every technician says a new thing every time about internal problem of purifier and says this and that is to be changed On service request , very late response and sometimes two to three days even to come and attend the request given for service / problem

I have ordered Aquaguard and received it yesterday and fitting was done but I noticed the tap is completely crossed. Kindly look into it and solve the issue or else change the product.
My brand new aqua guard Eden is continuously dripping from outlet. Technician visited me after 20 days of risen complaint.told like sensor gone but till now no turn up of the technician .I will never ever let any of my generations to buy any eureka /aqua guard products for next 10000 years.this is my etched verdict .
Don’t buy water purifier worest
Pathetic app. Has one major job and that’s to take complaints which is doesn’t (ios). Customer care is chargeable and they want you to listen to promotions at callers cost. Horrible culture and that’s also seen across the service execs who disappear after signing AMC
