Servicing is very poor
Team in support don’t have any clue on what is happening on ground. We are using genius model water filter from 7 years and never faulted. This time it went wrong and when I checked I was told the spares/filters are already replaced and within 4 months it got faulted and they told only if I pay full amount then only replacement is possible. They had sold those spares without providing to customer and support had no clue on this or they can’t even track. This is absolutely allowing on the ground force to do what ever they can scam customer. Be very careful as a customer they will keep you in infinite loop and even will not allow you to keep the service request open. It will auto close with out any resolution.
App is working Moshin
The app doesn’t work. The buttons on the app doesn’t serve the purpose. Request you to either fix it or remove those features until you fix it.
Do not pay with this app. They are cheater. Cust care, web chat, Cust care email nothing works. Cust care not have curtesy to reply back. They get money from you and not give service. They refuse to accept that they receive money, even though bank says that ur payment was successful and bank received settlement from them for transaction. Avoid to use this app for any kind of payment.
When opening app, it closes automatically.
The app seems useless to raise a service request. When repair is selected in service booking, the ‘select defect’ drop down doesn’t work. Without that we can’t move to next page either. Forcing us to call chargeable call centre number for raising a small service request.
Within AMC period there are total 10 issues came in machine. For first issue they took almost 1.5 month to resolve. Now again and again water leakage issue is coming. There technician are not qualified and not solving issue permanently. The first issue which I mentioned above took 1.5month to solved is because i raised a public greviance against them on CPGRAM portal. Now dont know how much time they will take to solve the water leakage. Worst experience
