Accounts, debit and credit cards, even from other banks, loans and investments—all managed from one place. With the “Edit view” option, you can customize the screen environment according to your needs.

-Everyday banking services from your mobile:
In the “Quick actions” section, you can see the actions you perform most often and complete them faster, while you can set up standing orders, save favorite transactions, and make transfers using contacts. At the same time, you can obtain the products you need online without visiting a branch, and if you wish, you can also easily and quickly book an appointment at a branch through the app.

-Access to free products and services that match your lifestyle:
Travellers Prepaid card, ideal for travel, with 0% currency conversion fees, even on weekends. Digital allowance for children aged 15 to 17 with the Eurobank Teens service, offering free prepaid card issuance and free top-ups with any amount you choose. Free money transfers to anyone in Greece with the IRIS payments service, without using an IBAN. Introduction to investing with the EverydayInvest service, ideal for starting to invest small amounts easily and simply through your daily transactions.

The digital assistant EVA is always available to answer your questions and guide you whenever you need help.

Log in and perform transactions using modern security methods such as biometrics or PIN. Receive real-time notifications via push notifications for every activity on your accounts and cards. With Emergency Lock, you can stop all activity across your digital channels and accounts with a single tap, set your card limits to zero, and disconnect your devices. If you cannot find your card, you can temporarily deactivate it and “freeze” its use until you locate it. You can also dispute transactions you do not recognize directly from your mobile.

If your business is a legal entity, you can be served through the Eurobank Business App for businesses.

Ωραία εφαρμογή, εύχρηστη, αλλά πιάνει πολύ περισσότερο χώρο στο κινητό σου από τις αντίστοιχες εφαρμογές άλλων τραπεζών. Επίσης στις συναλλαγές δεν φαίνεται όλη η «αιτιολογία». Και αν μπεις μέσα σε μια συναλλαγή να την δεις αναλυτικά δεν αναφέρει καθόλου «αιτιολογία»…

Ο κ. Αραμπατζης και η κ. Δημάκου ήταν πλήρως μη βοηθητικοί. Δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν ποτέ και με είχαν στην αναμονή για 20 λεπτά. Δεν είχαν ευγένεια και ήταν τελείως αδιάφοροι ως προς το πρόβλημα μου.

Η κρητική αφορά την τράπεζα και όχι την App. Μην κάνετε σοβαρές συναλλαγές με μέσω την EUROBANK τράπεζα.Κανει μόνο να πληρώσεις με κάρτα τα ψώνια στο σουπερμάρκετ.Έστειλε έμβασμα 1000 € και στο σωστό χρόνο έκανα την διαδικασία ακύρωσης του εμβάσματος.Αυτοι ούτε καν έλεγξαν την συναλλαγή για την οποία πλήρωσα επίτηδες 1.20€ ώστε να έχω το χρόνο σε περίπτωση δυσαρέσκειας να ακυρώσω το έμβασμα και αυτοί στείλαν τα χρήματα μου χωρίς έλεγχο Εμπιστευτικά τα χρήματα μου σε αυτούς και έκαναν φτερά.Τους έχω πάρει αμέτρητες φορές τηλέφωνο και κάθε φορά ο ένας κάνει πάσα σε άλλον έπειτα στέλνουν ένα τυποποιημένο μήνυμα με το ίδιο κείμενο κάθε φορά.Ειναι όλοι ανεκπαίδευτοι και δεν έχουν πρόσβαση σε κανένα σοβαρό τμήμα .Εχω επίσης πέσει και θύμα απάτης από μια ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΤΡΙΑ της τράπεζας όσο και να σας φανεί παράξενο.Με κάλεσε να υπογράψω κάποιο έγγραφο απαραίτητο για το κατάστημα μου και αντί αυτού μου έδωσε άλλο έγγραφο να υπογράψω!Το κατάλαβα αμέσως και ζήτησα αντίγραφο .Η απάντηση της ήταν «ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΤΕ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΕΧΕΤΕ ΥΠΟΓΡΑΨΕΙ ΣΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΤΙΚΟ!»Πηρα στο τμήμα παραπόνων και απολύτως σκοτάδι!Πηγα με δικηγόρο,στείλαμε αποστολή μας απάντησε η τράπεζα αφού ξαναπήγα εκεί αμέτρητες φορές μετά από 8 μήνες.Δεν βρήκαν κανένα έγγραφο με την υπογραφή μου!ΤΟ ΠΙΣΤΕΥΕΤΕ ΑΥΤΟ;;;;Πως είναι δυνατόν;Δεν υπάρχει ΣΟΒΑΡΟΤΗΤΑ,ΔΙΑΦΑΝΕΙΑ είμαστε στον έλεο του Θεού τρέχα-γύρευε με αυτούς .Απο μένα θα έχουν σε δύο με τρεις μέρες από τώρα καταγγελία στην ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΚΑΤΑΝΑΛΩΤΗ .Υπάρχει και ένα τηλέφωνο 1520 .Ελπίζω να δικαιωθώ για το ψυχολογικό πόνο ΑΝΥΠΟΦΟΡΟ 😢😢😢που μου έχουν προκαλέσει δύο χρόνια μέχρι τώρα και να μου αποζημιώσουν το ποσό των 1000 € που τόσο γρήγορα έκαναν φτερά εξαετίας τους !Μετα από αυτό και πολλά άλλα που έχω ζήσει και τις προσβολές που κατάπια από αυτούς…Εύχομαι να βοηθήσω και άλλους ανθρώπους με που γνωρίζοντας από την δική μου προσωπική εμπειρία τι μπορεί να πάθουν εάν θα είναι πελάτες στην συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα…Ελπίζω και σε ένα θαύμα να διαβάσει αυτό το μήνυμα κάποιος άξιος εργαζόμενος με ψηλή κατάταξη και με άριστη εκπαίδευση έτσι πως αρμόζει σε ένα τραπεζίτης,να αρχίζει να ελέγχει όλα τα τμήματα της τράπεζας για να καταλάβει  και να δείξει ενδιαφέρον να βρεθεί σωστή λύση,για  να μην ΚΑΚΟΜΕΤΑΧΕΙΡΙΖΕΤΑΙ οι πελάτες!
