Almost useless
When I really need to view my card detail like number, exp. date and CVC code then I do not find this BASIC function which every other card app have… Try to think about this… Other things like upload attachment work well.

Trekker deg for beløp selv om man avbryter
Dårlig app. Dersom man verifiserer seg med bank id, og så trykker avbryt for en transaksjon, så gjennomfører appen den transaksjonen allikevel. Veldig skummel app, som man risikerer å kjøpe ting og tjenester man ikke ønsker.
Husk meg funker ikke
Husk meg funksjonen funker veldig sjelden. Gjør det tungvint å legge inn kvitteringer når man må logge inn med bank id konstant
App does not support (some) special characters in the password
I am sure it is a good app, but I cannot use it. I make use of special characters in the password, and cannot log in (through a MFA process). Support confirmed the issue, but said they had no plans to fix it. Gave me the «advice» to change password in stead. No deal 👎 I have experienced similar issues with a few other apps as well, but they stepped on the gas to fix it.
Dårlig kunde service
Ikke mulig snakke med noen . Ringt i flere ganger.
Greit med sikkerhet, men...
... jeg har krysset av for å huske meg og bruke ansiktsgjenkjenning. Men likevel må jeg til meg BankID cirka annen hver gang. Appen fungerer ellers greit, men det der er større irritasjonspunkt.
Eurocard App Error
I can not log in with my bankıd to eurocard app. Nobody answer customer service line.
Oppdaterin
Får beskjed om oppdatering av app. Trykker på knapp som sender meg til Appstore hvor det kun er mulig å åpne app med samme melding om oppdatering. Hvordan komme ut av denne runddansen?
Catch 22
App says I need to download updated version. Follow the link to App Store, where I’m not given the option to update. I’m just given the option to open/launch the app, where the same message to download updated version greets me. Stuck in that loop, no closer to getting in.
