## Eurostar Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Rebecca"
She was very helpful and patient when I contacted her a little while ago. I have been trying to send a review to eurostar.com but each time I was told this is an incorrect email address. I do hope you will receive this review.
-- Bakondillo, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Service Unrivalled"
Eurostar App great to use. Clear and concise and considerate to all users
-- RGBlues, 2024-12-20

### ***** "So, far truly excellent…"
I am disabled and in a wheelchair and this year unfortunately had a heart attack. Yes, what a year! Let’s hope next year I have more luck. However, I’ve booked my tickets with Eurostar and it couldn’t have been easier, friendlier, and I have gone online followed the very easy instructions and I’m ready to travel on Monday. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful and that was before they knew I had any issues. I wish everyone a very happy Christmas and thank you Eurostar.
-- Lapsev25, 2024-12-20

### ***** "travel brussels"
comfortable and easy travel
-- hawills, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Seat allocation"
What a joke. Seat allocation appeared to change when checking in. Went to new seats, turfed out people already sitting in them, only to be told the app seating plan doesn’t work and we should go to the seats allocated when booking in. No apology for confusion and then had to walk through most of train, with luggage, to original seats!
-- Annoyed Hammer, 2024-12-06

### **--- "Need to add booking ref"
Tedious that app requires the finding of your booking ref when retrieving your ticket when you are signed in! So unnecessary and just smacks of bad design. Check SNCF app for eg -signed an and voila! you ticket is there. So clearly possible.

To an extent the above has been resolved.

However seems like E vouchers can’t be stored in the app so likely they get lost. Feels like an oversight or deliberate given Lilly a good percentage loose vouchers ….
-- id0nthaveone, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Flexible pricing"
I picked the tickets and the app did not have my details which is very unusual as it always has! Then I need to go out and come back to see ticket price going up by £20!! Now you explain this in 10seconds change… I love Eurostar but it is getting greedy…
-- kartalin kalamazoo yuvasi, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Requests login on every open"
Eurostar app opens with my account logged out every time. Meaning I need to enter username and password every single time I open the app. This is crazy. Hope it is a bug which can be quickly fixed.
-- Wfjdishebs, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Eurostar booking"
The app is not recognising my date of birth- tried 5 times . I wonder id it’s because I’m trying to book it on my birthday
-- PJ today, 2024-11-28

### ***-- "Accessibility onboard and getting onboard"
There seems to be a systemic issue with the Eurostar accessibility system. The toilets are in accessible for a wheelchair user yet you advertise wheelchair travel.
We booked a wheelchair seats for 4 trains from London to Cologne via Brussels and only on the London departure and Brussels arrival were ramps available. In Cologne we had to lift my wife off the train with help of two passengers. Yet our tickets say ‘wheelchair’ for each of the journey segments.
The provision of ramps should be no problem when seats are booked for wheelchair users.
The service from local staff in the DB Reisezentrum was fantastic and on the platform as well.
We will see if a ramp is available in Brusssls in an hour!
