## EV Mobility Reviews in United States

### *---- "Registration still fails"
Seeing the same API registration errors at the time of this review. Agree with others that this appears to be abandoned.
-- allkaf_nobreaks, 2025-11-06

### *---- "Unusable"
Can’t even register an account. Keeps giving me the same user inactive API error at the payment setup step
-- 1642666, 2025-09-18

### *---- "Useless if you can’t sign up successfully"
Good concept. At a hotel in Seattle that uses this app to book a shared car. However one cannot sign up successfully if your address is not exactly how Google look up features said it is so it won’t match your credit cards. So basically useless because you can manually type in the address that matches the credit card and post office.
-- buckiscool, 2025-04-19

### *---- "Can’t get past billing"
I’m staying at Hotel 1000 in Seattle and would like to take advantage of the Tesla rental amenity. However I can’t get past the credit card information screen. It displays an error and the telephone number on the login screen is no longer in service. Seems like the service and app has been abandoned. Don’t bother. Find another way to rent.
-- Gertjanneke Blauw, 2025-04-19

### *---- "So pointless"
This app is so stupid, We have one of the teslas in my buildings parking garage. It has not even moved in 7 months, the app won’t let anyone get passed uploading payment details. Who ever runs this business isn’t smart. Such a waste of money to buy brand new cars and let them collect dust
-- revier12098, 2025-03-16

### *---- "How are you still in business"
Can't even get it to accept one of my payment methods
-- 0livier1O1, 2025-02-25

### **--- "The concept is good, but the app is poor, and the management is even worse."
I used the app for quite a while, and while I think the idea is great, the experience was disappointing. The customer care team did not respond to my inquiries multiple times, and I had to call them to unlock the car. On one occasion, it took them over an hour to assist me! Additionally, there was a time when I couldn't access the car despite having an ongoing rental because it was parked in another apartment building. Although a representative from the app told me it was okay to rent that car, the building manager refused to let me take it. Which lead me to delete my account with them!
-- rnndmdd, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Hotel 1000 Seattle"
Trying to use this at the Hotel 1000. App doesn’t work. Emailed support twice. Still no reply.
-- Scrappyz, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Location not even listed in app"
Saw signage at The Landing apartments for this service, but app doesn’t even have this location listed. Tesla rental sounds like a good idea but the app is so bad.
-- Fred Chang, 2024-05-05

### ***** "Awesome app"
This app is great and it’s so easy to grab a Tesla when you need it. Super cool and easy service. I love it
