On my phone every page of content has the top few lines hidden by the header. Sometimes can zoom out to be able to temporarily see the hidden text. Sometimes not.

If you’re looking for a great mobile app for the Lutheran Book of Concord, here it is! I’d love to see a more robust search feature, but this is clearly a great resource and a labor of love. This is worth our support! Get for the Lutheran or future Lutheran in your life!

What I like about this app is the content by far. It has a great collection of resources. I like that it does not invade my privacy too. It does simply what it is meant to do. Awesome! What I would like to see in a future update: the Visitation Articles, search capability, perhaps Walthers Law/Gospel theses, and a prettier icon to grace my phone. I like roses myself. ;-)

Excellent app! Is there a way to add a bookmark feature?

Great content. Just wish the lines were spaced a bit and the paragraphs justified. Could be hard on the eyes. Make an iPad version to pick up the entire screen instead of expanding the phone version. Love the app though.

This is an app that everyone who has even a little interest in Church history should find helpful and useful. The Lutheran confessional documents contain a good amount of history and explanation, which is typically lacking or assumed as common knowledge in the other Reformation Confessions. Every later Reformer leaned heavily on Melanchthon’s argumentation in the Defense/Apology for the Augsburg confession, and for this reason, both supporters and detractors of Reformation theology ought to read and wrestle through that work. It is wonderful to have this important document easily available to anyone to read and benefit from.

This app is packed with some great and comforting theology. Would love to see the addition of the ability to key word search to find relevant passages, as well as the ability to select text for copying and sharing.

This little app packs a big theological punch and for its price point is worth every penny. The navigation is simple and straight-forward, the font is clear and easy to read, and the extra resources are a great blessing. As someone looking into the various confessions of believers, this has made the job for understanding the Lutheran position a quick and easy point of reference location. It also contains the historical creeds that were passed from the earliest Christians and councils. This is a must have for any Christian in my opinion; not just the Lutheran.

I would like to invite you to read through the Book of Concord using this app. You’ll find that it focuses on the right things - on the important things.
