Empecé a seguir el programa de fuerza hace poco más de un mes y la verdad los resultados han sido mucho mejores que con otras rutinas que he seguido. Creo que realmente lo padre de esta app, es que como todo se registra de forma automatica, te permite seguir tu progreso a través del tiempo de forma mucho más sencilla.
Si aún no la han probado, la recomiendo ampliamente.
