Sometimes it works well, other times not so much. The most recent example is that I can see I have a ticket in my notifications - but can’t actually find or see it.

No contact. No help .. no tickets
I try to find help but no contact. No email support this it’s a scam I paid for the ticket but I can find nothing in the app if anyone knows anything about this please leave a comment tnx
"Online events can't be purchased in this app"
What a ridiculous limitation! Seriously? Why bother having an app that can only do tickets for half the events?! PLUS... the search feature is terrible. Can't search for a radius around your location, often can't find anywhere to specific the location you want to search in either. Even when you sort the search results by date, you often get random dates IN THE PAST!! in your results. Very difficult to get accurate search results... ie search for "ecstatic dance" often brings back completely unrelated results and often completely MISSES actual ecstatic dance events! So much work needed on this app...

Getting tickets through Eventbrite is so simple to use.

Buggy
The app is useful when it works. This last year I’ve been having issues where I search for organisers that I know exist and it shows me unrelated events, or I search with a word like “run” or “running” and it tells me there’s an error and that I’m not connected to the internet (I am, my other apps work fine). Installing and uninstalling sometimes works but other times I have to delete my account and reregister so it can work just for it to get buggy again
U can’t change the language
The app is super dysfunctional! In Belgium cannot speak Flemish no option to change language! The 4.8 rating seems artificially inflated if u read the reviews!

Worst app ever
It’s broken AGAIN. I’m not getting access to the events of the organisers I follow. Keeps coming up with an error message at the top and the event blank. You need to absolutely sort this out. CONSTANTLYCRASHES. Awful just awful.
