## Eventbrite Reviews in United States

### ***** "Basically TicketMaster Without Extortion"
The interface is clean and logical. It always works, it has nice QR code tickets. And remembers profile information and purchase history. It basically does everything Ticketmaster does without charging you 45% per ticket!
-- Dwaxs, 2024-12-30

### ***-- "Help repeated customers"
Stop charging such high fees to people that routinely buy tickets with your service
-- CMarco87, 2024-12-29

### *---- "I got scams with this Eventbrite"
Sweetnotes concerts
-- dj monzkie, 2024-12-29

### *---- "No ticket"
Why do I see no ticket when I register for a free event???!
-- motherof3sets ofeyes, 2024-12-28

### ***-- "How do you turn off app notifications??!"
How do you turn off app notifications??! They are annoying and I can’t find a resolution. App says notifications are off but I keep getting them!!!
-- Mysterio828, 2024-12-28

### ***** "Great app"
Great way to find events in your area!
-- zebralover7223, 2024-12-24

### *---- "App crashes frequently"
It produces zero results, disconnects and crashes. No other app has this issue. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app a few times.
-- MSD1282, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Desert Disco"
The specially priced ticket sale closed too soon.
-- noesc1, 2024-12-24

### ***-- "Error message"
I keep getting the error message “something went wrong. Check your connection and try again” when searching for events. This never happened before
-- Dietbender, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Eventbrite Sells Counterfeit Tickets"
This was my first time using Eventbrite. Bought 4 tickets, downloaded the app, and added them to my wallet. Once i got to the event in dangerously freezing weather, i spent a half hour with the box office of the event organizer. Their final conclusion was that my tickets were counterfeit. I feel exhausted, idiotic, embarrassed and regretful for using Eventbrite.

On top of that, Eventbrite argued that it was the organizer’s liability despite Eventbrite being the sole facilitator of these counterfeit tickets.
