Missing functionality
I would like to bulk email attendees, export a checkin sheet, do bulk checkin, edit ticket info. I can’t even get a link to share the event!! What is this actually for?

Took for ever to add a password
Then when I added my password I was givin the charges I tryed click 0 then as it got selected it told me at the month I will then get charge $27 trying to cancel is for ever and it’s getting me upset
Inaccurate data
Almost as soon as I create and publish an event the app starts showing a large percentage of tickets sold even before going public, even though the $ amount shows zero.
Unpaid guests
When someone shows up and the app says “not paid” or whatever my only options are “cancel” or “paid.” I need a third button: “admit unpaid.” So I can know whom I need to settle up with later.
I don’t understand this app!
I thought I could use this app to create new events but I’m lost trying to do that. I think this is only for tracking already made ones?? It take a few clicks for me to navigate where I really want.
Good but…..
It gives me false readings on my “circles “ telling me I’ve sold 100% but I haven’t sold any tickets. I’ve taken events down and reentered them and it still happens. I’ve created brand new events instead of using previous information from completed events and it still happens. I refresh the page …and it still happens. It only happens on events where I have not sold any yet.
Not easy to use, especially as a planner
Very frustrating to try to use this application as an app on my phone.

Doesn’t give a way to cancel subscription
I hate apps that just take your money without having a proper way of canceling a subscription. Just say you’re gonna take my money for wanting to try your service.

Even with all tickets refunded- unable to delete event
