## EVENTIM US Reviews in United States

### *---- "Cannot find tickets from website"
This app does not work with the website. I have an eventim account on web, but I cannot log in here
-- nickname3937731, 2026-10-12

### *---- "This app doesn’t exist"
I downloaded the app to view tickets I ordered and they will not populate. I used the support function on the app to email Eventim’s customer service and they replied they don’t have an app. I definitely have the app and it exists, but obviously the customer service is not aware it exists.
-- Noappapparently, 2026-10-05

### *---- "The app does not display tickets"
.
-- Francisco281:, 2026-10-04

### *---- "Absolute garbage"
I almost missed a show because this app had no record of my purchases. It doesn't even have the ability to look up venues or upcoming shows. I'm using an IPhone 16 with the latest software. I had to sign in on Chrome to see my tickets. Remove this app until the bugs are repaired!
-- dffrntwn, 2026-10-01

### *---- "Broken"
As of 2026 this app is completely broken. Just use the website instead.
-- MrEricSir, 2026-09-30

### *---- "Useless"
The search function is useless, does not locate events I am certain are happening. Purchased tickets do not appear in the app and must be printed via email. It’s like an app designed in 10 minutes by 12 year olds and coded by interns
-- Picklefoot Overbite, 2026-09-24

### *---- "Garbage"
App does not work
-- Frank Previti, 2026-09-16

### *---- "I’d give 0 stars if I could"
Absolute worst ticketing app, doesn’t show anything you’ve purchased and doesn’t even show upcoming shows that it should. I despise purchasing tickets through this ticketing group, I’ve always had issues.
-- Cjreynolds_19, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Trash app"
I can’t transfer any of my tickets and I can view them online, but not on the app. Therefore I cannot transfer them at all. I’ve been trying to sell a ticket and I can’t because of this app… wasted my money.
-- AyetchStil, 2026-08-15

### *---- "Absolute trash"
This app is a joke. The search functionality is terrible, doesn’t find artists or venues and doesn’t load purchases made
-- Guarever2315, 2026-07-31

### *---- "Not compatible with Apple 18.7.8 system!"
Not compatible with Apple 18.7.8 system!
-- tug7878, 2026-07-26

### *---- "Broken customer service support"
Purchased tickets don’t show up in the app. Tried to contact customer service and received an “access to this server denied”. They bought See Tickets two years ago. Must be owned by a 30 year old manchild living in his mother’s basement!
-- hedhimopppcD, 2026-06-26

### *---- "App never worked"
Why do they make an app that never works? Can't find shows, can't find artists...
-- huyhtx, 2026-06-16

### *---- "App doesn’t link to correct account"
This company seems to have a different website for every country and it seems that when you set up your account on eventim.us, this app is not linked to that, so it cannot find your account or tickets. Useless
-- Ireallyheartpizza, 2026-06-05

### *---- "Website vs App"
Used it a few months ago and it worked but now the app isn’t showing my ticket
-- Lovemealltheway, 2026-05-18

### *---- "can’t see ur ticket"
logged in with my existing account and it didn’t list my tickets, so i can’t even see them to get in the venue. going to delete rn since there’s no point of having the app. had to dig and print oht my ticket.
-- 59azael, 2026-05-15

### *---- "Cannot see tickets"
I have to dig through my email to find the tickets every single time.
-- znyper, 2026-05-09

### *---- "Show cancellation"
Not flexible even if the show was cancelled by the artist. And new show was in the middle of the week. Deadline for refund way out before the new show. And missed it by less than one day. Zero refund.
-- MNEE1111, 2026-04-18

### *---- "Doesn’t sync with your purchases"
Created an account, app doesn’t show I have any tickets, so I have to use the email I received when I bought the tickets for entry to the venue. Will be deleting the app since there’s no point in having it on my phone.
-- Imakedounds, 2026-04-07

### *---- "Does not have parity with the website."
I have purchased several tickets and can access them from the website but when I sign in here nothing is listed. I’ve also found that I can sign into another eventim website that works with my account but also doesn’t list my tickets. I specifically need to use the link from the receipt in my email. I don’t know if it’s a part of their recover/transition with another company or what but for the time being the app is useless to me.
