Too many user unfriendly changes happened when you switched from scribd to Everand. There were so many old interesting books and articles on scribd. Now it’s all being censored like the rest of the internet. The limit to books in a series you can read a month is just rude. User experience matters. Listen to your customers. Your formatting is also below par. Oh and your rating won’t let me give a star review. That’s fraud!
I’ve tried contacted them multiple times, I’m subscribed to the app but it won’t let me listen to anything and says I have no plan. Usually they’re supposed to answer within a day or so but it’s been a week and nothing
The reason that I only give one star is because there is a terrible glitch in the app, I had subscribed but ALL the thing is only available in preview mode (STILL!)
Such a shame because there is an amazing variety of audiobooks but the CONSTANT connection and loading issues are driving me up the wall.
Same old, same old, promises of free books or unlimited but not the ones you want to read Unlimited and when you subscribe it all gets taken away. I’ll stick with Kindle Unlimited and Audible and others that do give you the choices you want.
I have been a loyal subscriber to Scribd for years and was very happy with their app. However, since the name change this app has been nothing but glitchy and downright painful! If I were a new subscriber I would be demanding a refund. As it is, I will be pulling my subscription.
I use Everand every day and love it. Huge library of audiobooks and books.
I like to listen to audio books while I’m exercising but read them before I fall asleep, that was why I subscribed to this app and left Audible. However, most the titles I’ve listened to aren’t available as eBooks on the app so I prob shouldn’t have bothered. In saying that, it’s slightly better value for money than audible.
App no longer works on my iPad but they’re still taking my money and won’t answer questions about refunding it.
Worked great for ages but the developers have broken it. It wants you to update the os but last time it forced me to do that half my other apps stopped working. Haven’t these clowns heard of backwards compatibility? It’s not like they have fixed the bug that causes it to hang on startup occasionally. There are no new features. They should have left it alone
