Buggy app
Just loading, can not see any book
Books can’t be loaded
I paid the subscription fee but i can’t read any book recently. The books can’t be loaded. It shows: “loading”… “loading”… forever but never load successfully
App will not let me log in
I have been a user of first Scribd and now Everand for over 5+ years now and in general have always greatly enjoyed it. However in the past few days the app is simply not letting me log in - sending me the one-time code, then logging me out as soon as the log in process seems to work. It has been like this for a few days now and is extremely frustrating, as this is paid service that I would like to be able to use as advertised.

I request a refund because this app automatically charge my money without any notification, i requested a refund and a person show up and said that all the refund transaction will be taken by the action of the bank??!! But when I come to the bank, the banker said that this app refused to refund the money. The bank provided me the proof, and no one even reply my request !!!
The app needs improvements
I have bad experiences with the app: Lost internet connection, loading and downloading issue.
Why I can't access to my books
I don't know why my titles is disappeared and I can't find or access to them. They just have informed that "titles will available on 24 july" when I am in my free trial. I'm going to subscribe the app because it's great but this problem. I can't access to my books even though I'm still in my month pack?? And the worst is when I have read 3-4 books then I don't know why many books are disappeared??
