The app is slow and regardless of how many times you login and enable Face ID there is always authentication issues. This makes checking balances or making deposits a pain as you need to manually enter your password and then authenticate your device via a code.

With the new update there is a bug that prevents you from logging on. I can log on sometimes after a lot of attempts but it's finicky. I'll remove my review once it's fixed.

With the latest update, when I log in, I am immediately taken to a screen that says I have successfully logged out. I don’t know how an app could be more broken than that.

Can’t scroll down to view transactions past 2 weeks. With their vague abbreviations on their memos it’s a guessing game to know who your transactions were made with. As of yesterday, after a forced update, you can’t log in to the phone app. Customer service resolves nothing.

At least two different times the app glitched and wouldn’t let me log in. First time said my password was no longer valid (and wasn’t able to reset) and the second time it would immediately log me out as soon as I logged in. When dealing with people’s money, twice is too many times. My account could be hacked for all I know when that’s happening.
