The push notifications work fine, but for the love of God, please make the feed the first thing you see in the app when it loads! The need to navigate through a bunch of menus just to mark the notifications as read is super annoying.

At first, I tried to login using my old account since I still have a home in that area. I created a new account on the website for the area that I am currently in, because it said my username was in use and my email was not valid (used the same email address, but was unable to use my username). I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won’t let me login. It wants me to create a whole new third account. My phone number is the same on all of the accounts, but yet the platform can’t seem to differentiate that.

I've been using Everbridge for a while, and getting alerts WAY outside of my own neighborhood. Not that those areas are not important but I don't need to know about a power outage in southeast when I'm in upper northwest so I finally went in to see if I could adjust my desired locations. Do you know how many neighborhoods are listed in Everbridge? I do - nearly 150. Again, that's important but you cannot do one big "deselect" - you have to uncheck the ones you don't want, one. At. A. Time. Tedious. It's this way on the website as well, not just the app.

I’m constantly re-registering for this app. It never keeps my info and my phone number receives messages at all hours regardless of the number of times I’ve repeatedly registered and chosen to set my profile up in order to prevent this from occurring except in the case of extreme, life threatening weather conditions. It’s incredibly frustrating, to the point it’s become infuriating really.

I got an alert about a recent thunderstorm with hail coming my way and told my spouse to pull the truck in the driveway and within seconds of pulling it in a large hail storm erupted! Saved our vehicle for sure, awesome app!

I am unable to link text subscriptions because the keypad to enter my phone number covers the Request Verification Code button!!  I’m using an iPhone 12. The page does not scroll to give me access to the button. Come on folks….don’t you test your apps for something as simple as this!!!!

Every time I try to open the app to update my settings, it immediately jumps back to the main screen. I can’t do anything inside the app at all because it won’t stay inside the app. Meanwhile I’m still getting alerts from a city I don’t live in anymore. Ridiculous!

Can’t even click on any link of the links for my company’s main page within the app after logging in. And if i hold down on the link then I can open the page on a browser, but then the browser comes up with an error. What is wrong with yall. One job.

This app won’t allow you to add subscriptions—when you try, it demands you log in, but when you do, it thinks you’re creating a new account and tells you one already exists. Use the web interface instead.

For some reason, the developer uses a tiny gray font which makes it hard to read on any notification. I literally have had to screenshot and then view the image to expand the size to something I can read. Space is not an issue as the messages usually have little/no detail, so why make it so hard to see the few words that are there?  No options in settings to change font size or color. Weird choice.

Trying to get alerts because my city is on fire and everytime I sign up for an alert I need to log in, and everytime I log in it says “username already exists” yea, it does exist because it’s mine and I’m using it to log in, not sign up!
