## Everdance Description
Everdance is a safe place to move.

Everdance is a chair dance fitness app for women 40+ who want to feel better in their bodies—without pain, pressure, or judgment.
The app helps you move at your own pace with fun, low-impact, seated dance workouts you can do at home.

This isn’t about perfection or pushing harder.
It’s about showing up, even for a few minutes, and building a habit that actually lasts.

Why women choose Everdance

• Chair dance workouts, low-impact & joint-friendly
Move safely without getting on the floor. Perfect for beginners, knee or back discomfort, limited mobility, or anyone returning to fitness after a break.

• Move at your pace
Short, gentle workouts designed to support consistency—not burnout.

• A supportive community
Share your workout, get encouragement, and feel seen. You’re not invisible here.

• Progress without pressure
Track movement, water, and habits in a way that feels supportive—not overwhelming.

• No equipment needed
Just a chair, your body, and a few minutes.

More than workouts

Everdance is where women reconnect with movement, confidence, and themselves—one step at a time.
Weight may change, energy improves, and confidence grows, but the real win is consistency and self-trust.

Start where you are.
Move when you can.

## Everdance Reviews in United States

### ***** "It wasn’t you it was me."
I was looking forward to losing weight but the pain in my L & R Shoulders , my Sciatica on both sides of my back, my L & R Knees & my Plantar Fasciitis on both Feet didn’t allow me to do the exercises 😞
-- Mzphillyblunt, 2025-01-03

### ****- "Cassandra"
Good app , just some of the videos are not for workout. But other than that it’s a cool app. I will definitely check it out again soon
-- Cassy40, 2024-12-28

### ***** "Chair Exercise"
I have severe arthritis in both knees. The chair exercises worked out for me on days I was in pain. My joints are not as stiff since I started using Everdance.
-- Ladydsb, 2024-12-16

### ****- "I love the app!"
It's definitely a really cool app with lots of easy to follow dances. I would love to see more additions!
-- Dre Cleveland, 2024-12-15

### ***-- "Got Me Movin’"
Love love love the premise; it did get me Movin’, however I could not make full use of the App because I couldn’t cast it to my tv. I have YouTube tv, Disney, and Prime that I cast from phone to my tv - even using the code feature. However I was not able to cast to my Vizio television. I know I’m online because I have all the other stuff so why is this app so troublesome? I had a CVA back in 2018 and my balance has been off so the seated exercises are better for me but the casting thing may force me to another app. I am even able to cast CrunchyRoll to my tv. Please do something about this. I really like the app activities.
-- LetMaLoose, 2024-12-08

### ***** "Options"
This app gives you tons of fun options to choose from. From using a chair to hip hop there is something for everyone.
-- akzowife62, 2024-12-05

### ***** "Everdance"
Good motivational videos that were very engaging! I enjoyed the chair workouts a lot. Some I wish were longer! Great workouts!
-- Dstkt, 2024-12-05

### ***** "It was great"
The app has so much to offer. I really don't have anything bad to say, just that I wished they had more chair exercises do to my disability. When they increase the library and have longer chair exercises then I'll be back. Like I said it's a great app and you get your money's worth.
-- Mzjlady, 2024-11-28

### ***** "First session"
It was intenced but worth it I’m 58 haven’t been in the gym work several weeks as my back is just too inflamed on a daily plus arthritis in the right knee but I can do this!!!
-- thickpat, 2024-11-25

### ***** "Great Place for chair workouts"
Love the high energy chair workouts!!!
-- Dreamroze, 2024-11-25
