At $103 monthly for 5G service when it was LTE at best and constant dropped calls. Switched to Verizon and now the app works fine. App locks up with any screen change. Being able to message patients and receive messages makes it easy to adjust patients programs on days they are not in the clinic. This results in improving adherence to HEP and overall better quality of care. I practice in ortho outpatient PT, and I have used this app to help gauge patient responses to exercises and improve daily exercise program adherence. This app really helps me communicate the ultimate goal of PT in getting them stronger and more confident challenging their bodies to build load capacity for increased resilience. My patients get excited and more confident about independent management when they see the progression options. The app is constantly going through updates to get better and better and has some bugs, but it’s easy to submit suggestions for improvements.
