## Evergy Electric Reviews in United States

### *---- "Payments"
Before this month I could make my payments through this app. Today I could not. I had to sign into the web site to make payment. From now on I go to the web site.
-- Mn iPad, 2024-12-18

### **--- "Strictly an app for payment?"
Nothing working on here except to pay, pretty much. Website wasn't working much better. If this is honestly just an app for payment, just say that. I wanted to check rates and update info and absolutely nothing came up no matter what I clicked on.
-- natalanisha, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Poor app"
It is impossible to open app on iphone. It spools with nothing working. I even have issues with app on my laptop😱👎
-- mvgregor, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Evergy"
This is easily within the top 2 of the crappiest apps ever written. From the errors I encountered on 1st use it seems clear their developers don’t actually TEST the app they’ve developed. I hope in ongoing billing & payment processes it’s more stable than the setup algorithms are!
-- JCBWELL, 2024-10-24

### *---- "Projected bill is always off…."
Used to be able to track your daily cost, now they got the “Projected Bill” problem is it is ALWAYS WRONG.

For the last 4 months, my bill has been $35-$55 more each month than what the projected bill says.
-- JHJR, 2024-10-12

### **--- "This app is mostly useless"
It worked when it first came out, but it’s been getting worse and worse. It just sits there with the little dial turning and won’t load your bill, won’t load forecasts, won’t load anything. I have to get on my laptop to pay my bill or view anything. Update and fix your app, Evergy! I haven’t been able to pay my bill using this app for at least six months.
-- Pfbbuddha, 2024-08-12

### *---- "Used to be great not anymore"
The app is not up to date with my info. New rate plans w/ peak times are about the dumbest thing ever…
-- XJP86, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Profile won’t update"
Can’t update the profile online or on the app.
Too many errors. Tried to remove a disconnected number online and in this app with no luck. Children must be doing their website and app.
-- DJNitetime, 2024-07-07

### ****- "App error - Y axis vs bar $ month view"
FIX NEEDED FOR: on the month-view /Bill graph, the Y axis dollar amounts do not tie to the bar height & dollar amount for each days $ usage.

ADD: would like to add at top of that page, that billing period’s $ to-date. Or add it on the main page below the ‘estimated month bill’
-- Movies weekly, 2024-05-14

### *---- "Useless!!!"
Most of the views don’t work, trending of each day and month is no longer available, slow to load, see what I owe (of course), estimate of current month is ludicrous if I can’t see how each day is trending.
Evergy has taken the you out of you-tility by no longer providing tools to help consumers reduce usage.
