Evernote issues

I have been having troubles opening Evernote from my computer. It is the only program that takes a long time to load now

I have liked it for years and I’ve kept a lot of memories and excellent comments by respected individuals from very respected Media and commentators. However as a super annuitant the expense foreseen now for 2025 may be a ‘bridge too far for me’. Perhaps you might for the older generation have a special charge. A valuable time for and for the valuable elderly.

From hero to zero updates

This used to be my fav app now I'm just frustrated and wondering if my premium subscription is worth it. I use tags to help me search for notes and it often doesn’t find the tags i know exist. Sometimes if I change the order of my search for multiple tags the tag I want will come up. I have the latest version of IOS so it's not a software incompatibility issue. Please Evernote rescue your app before I rescue myself from it.

Improved beyond all recognition

The last few years has seen Evernote get better and better. It is more intuitive and the Evernote team are more responsive to issues. I am retired but have never enjoyed using Evernote more to manage my creativity when I write poetry. Simply amazing.

Buisness trap

Support is horrible. They change the product and it then becomes unusable in the form your business is using it for. Very stressfull

No customer support

Te Mapihi on

I have been a premium subscriber to Evernote for over ten years. I use it for alsorts of personal and professional work. One of the things I do is spend time in meetings so I take my notes directly into Evernote. Even though my ipad has a pencil, you can’t do pencil notes. BUT THE WORST is that I record meetings and language learning. The recording function has stopped working. It will look like it is recording normally but the thing will randomly stop recording and the whole recording is lost. AND HERE IS THE KICKER I can’t get any help. I am in the market for a new note taker. I have to move my stuff off Evernote and there are so many web based offerings in the market that customer service AND support becomes your only point of difference.

Be nice

I’ve used the limited-feature free version of Evernote for more than 10 years. It did all the things I wanted it to do, and I accepted that there were more powerful features that I would miss out on. Now you can’t even create new notes or sync between two devices. All I get every time I open the app is “Upgrade!” Keen to have a workable free option again.
