Love it, it is so useful and now with the new app it is so much more flexible. Pay the money and get the premium version. You won't regret it. I’ve used Evernote from the early days, has become integral to how I save things of importance. Evernote never forgets
Fantastic product
Easy to use. I use mine for saving all my crochet patterns and other items I want to save. Great job.
Fabulous but Difficult to search notes
I have been using Evernote for years it has been wonderful up until I started paying for the service when the search function was changed and is now very difficult to search notes. The new ai search is terrible.

Increasing price = Decreasing customers 👋🏻
I would LOVE someone from Evernote to justify increasing the price from $89.99 per yr to $134.99 per yr without giving better/any customer service or any other new/upgraded features on the app?? Maybe instead of hiking the price they could read the reviews (and reddit) and see how many disgruntled customers are leaving because of this outrageous price hike?! I'm another one. There's so many other app options now compared to when I started with Evernote - best of all, some of the alternatives don't have a subscription price!
Overpriced
I have been a Premium subscriber for many years, which would have been used to help develop the app to what it is now. I have just been informed that the subscription fee will be more than double when I renew. That is way too much for me. Nice knowing you but I have cancelled my subscription.
No customer support
I have been a premium subscriber to Evernote for over ten years. I use it for alsorts of personal and professional work. One of the things I do is spend time in meetings so I take my notes directly into Evernote. Even though my ipad has a pencil, you can’t do pencil notes. BUT THE WORST is that I record meetings and language learning. The recording function has stopped working. It will look like it is recording normally but the thing will randomly stop recording and the whole recording is lost. AND HERE IS THE KICKER I can’t get any help. I am in the market for a new note taker. I have to move my stuff off Evernote but there are so many eb based offerings in the market that customer service AND support becomes you only point of difference.

App is now an unusable mission of prompts pushing me through a maze of options to upgrade. Can’t even view my content. Not nice for loyal customers. Avoid.
Really useful App
I’ve used Evernote for years to store and have constant access to my recipes. Great App!
