Evernote Scannable Reviews
Beware! Sneaky update demands $5 a week on top of Evernote Pro
So it appears that the latest update to Scannable now includes demanding upgrade to a Scannable Pro to be able to share via mail or messages. I’ve been paying for Evernote Pro for some years now, and Scannable should be a part of it.
Expecting an additional fee of $5 a week on top of what I already pay for Evernote Pro ($150) is appalling.
Evernote has become increasingly bloatware, and unusable. More and more there are conditions in terms not advised until after the app doesn’t work. Disappointing. Don’t bother downloading, look for a better alternative.
Way to treat long term customers Evernote! I’ll be migrating to a better service soon.
How to Kill an app
You’ve taken the useful features away and put it behind a pay wall, further more your strong arm me into using your stupid app Evernote instead of allowing to save my scans into my camera roll.
Don’t bother, got greedy
Go to files app -> scan document viola the same feature for free in your iPhone
I used to love this app but now they force subscription for the most basic features like saving it to your phone and try force you to use Evernote
Searched reddit and found out that iPhone doesn’t for free anyway and works exactly the same way
So hard to use
This app seems great until you realise you have no control over when it takes a photo and it’s almost impossible to save on on you device. Deleting it now.
No longer Good
Have used this app for years, was the best scanning app out there until taken over by Evernote. All the features that were and had been free from the very start such as saving to camera roll are now stuck behind a subscription service of $79 yearly for a basic function… poor form Evernote team!!!
Why change?
Use to be a great app, ruined it!
Use to be good until EverNote
It was great but now with the Evernote exclusivity I still gave it a shot but I couldn’t find my scan on the app. Awful!
used to be great - no more
Like others , will no longer use now That evernote has hijacked. pity
Best phone scan app
I have used for the last few years and I love it. Handy and practical.
Paywall after paywall
Used to be my favourite scanning app. But gonna have to delete now after it keeps forcing me into Evernote where there is paywall after paywall every step of the way.
