## Every Day with Shri Mataji Description
One quote for each day of the year — from the founder of Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

Open the app each morning for a short reflection to carry into your meditation and your day. Daily excerpts are paired with photos of Shri Mataji, so each day’s reading feels clear and personal.

Coming workshops

See upcoming Sahaja Yoga workshops and events in one place. Check what’s scheduled nearby or further afield, and stay connected with the wider Sahaja community.

Test your knowledge

Deepen what you learn with a short quiz on Sahaja Yoga. Answer multiple-choice questions about the chakras — including treatments, qualities, mantras, and affirmations — and track your score as you go. Reset anytime and keep practising at your own pace.

Sahaj Doctor

Explore a practical guide for Sahaja Yoga meditation. Browse chakras and related issues to find guidance that matches what you’re experiencing.

For each issue, you can explore: treatments, qualities, mantras, and affirmations.

Create a personal treatment from the issues that matter most to you, then keep it in My treatment. Tap items as you complete them to keep your practice clear, and reset anytime to start fresh — your progress is saved.

Backgrounds

Choose a setting that supports your practice: misty mountains, waterfalls, and other calming scenes — or upload your own photos as custom app backgrounds.

About Sahaja Yoga

Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on Self-realization — the awakening of the Kundalini that can occur within each human being. Through this process, an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated, and balanced.
