I constantly have to do the 2 factor login when I have the app set to use Face ID.

It was quite confusing and was not a smooth transition but I eventually worked it out . The $10 referral seemed to disappear without a mention both to me and my referee Only today when I went into find the details for referring another friend did it come up with asking me for the code from my friends referral to me which I have activated now weeks after I joined and was surprised to see my $10 is blocked for 3 months I’m wondering if my referee will have to wait too as that would be disappointing On the positive side the service/ coverage is just the same as it was before but I am saving over $400 per year! Plus gift card discounts plus 10% off shop should have done it sooner Would refer others however that will have to wait as i am blocked from doing so -at a time I am most enthusiastic to do so!
go to login only to be logged out go to login it tells me my information is wrong when its not then im forced to go through the password reset put a strong password in only to be told it doesn't meet the requirements yet it was the same password i had then i finally get to login only to be forced to do a 2fa its such overkill for a prepaid service just let me login do what i need to do hassle free 😑

I can not believe the over complicated extremely wordy nature of the " information" provided to do with this App . It is so meaninglessly repetitive that my ordinary level language education and experience is by a long way quite unable to understand. It is a frightening experience, believe me!
