What is this app for?
Everyday was designed to empower your financial well-being with instant access to your pay. Each day that you work, your employer can enable payment right after your shift, directly to your app. Everyday is your personalized and secure virtual wallet, paired with a card that syncs directly with your Apple Pay. Whether you've earned gratuities, wages, commissions or bonuses, your money is directly deposited in the app through your mobile wallet, and you can spend your funds immediately.

For earnings like tips, bonuses and commissions, your employer can send your money instantly to your wallet. For wages, you can build up a percentage of your earned wages as you complete a shift, each working day. You're in the financial driver's seat and can choose how much of your wages you'd like to receive, instantly. On payday, you will be paid as you would normally, less the amount of money that you accessed early.

How to get started
Setting up your account is quick and easy. Once you receive your employer invitation, you'll create your account using either your mobile number or email. You'll be prompted to create your password and activate your card by scanning its QR code. Your employer can begin loading your wallet instantly with money earned from tips, commissions, etc. If you are using Everyday for instant access to your wages, you'll be able to access a portion of your earnings as you earn them, after each working day before payday.

I am no longer employed by the company that initially gave me my today card. My card has expired and I haven’t been able to get help with getting my money out of the account. This large company is seemingly trying to steal my money by ignoring my requests to transfer funds out of my today account.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I fully agree with Zachary. After working as a server for over 14 years, I can confidently say that Tips Today (also known as ANYDAY, XTM, or other deceptive name changes to avoid BBB complaints) is the worst system I've ever encountered. I've had multiple instances of being unable to pay bills on time because of constant e-transfer delays, which can last from 1 to 5 days, despite their promise of 30-minute transfers. This is consumer fraud at its finest. Whenever I try to transfer money to pay rent or bills, I am met with even more delays. Moving money from this app is a struggle, and when you finally do, you're hit with additional fees. Customer service is completely unreachable—automated systems hang up, emails bounce back as undeliverable, and there's no way to contact anyone without a "code" that you can't even obtain. The security issues are alarming, and multiple servers I know have had their accounts hacked or locked, with no way to recover funds. I've recently moved into management and will do everything in my power to eliminate this program from my restaurant chain. I've seen several high-performing servers leave within 2 months due to the constant issues with Tips Today. If you're a manager, I strongly advise against implementing this program, as you'll spend more time and money dealing with its problems than it’s worth. If you're applying for a job at a restaurant that uses this system, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The stress and frustration of dealing with Tips Today will not be worth the paycheck. 0/10—do not recommend.

i got this app last week for my new job and received a payment today, and i cannot even enter the app. i have done the verification code 5 times today as well as deleting this app and trying again but nothing has worked. very annoying, money should be easily accessible with password. i cannot access my funds AT ALL. i have been stuck with the verification code but it doesn’t even verify it just does nothing. i would like to access my funds ASAP

Terrible app and customer support. You cannot call them and talk to a person it is an automated message telling you to email. If you try to live chat it keeps telling me to update it even though I have updated it. I need access to my money to pay rent and am unable to. This isn’t even factoring in you can only transfer 1000 at a time and they make you pay a 1.50 transfer fee just to get your OWN MONEY

No phone support. When you call the phone number it just tells you to email them and hangs up on you. The “live chat” is incredibly slow, I never actually even got a response. E-transfer is currently down so I can’t pay my rent with my own money now and have to take it out of savings or put it on credit with no estimation on when the problem will be resolved. Sometimes I can’t even log into the app because it tells me I don’t have an account which is not encouraging to hear from an app which holds on to a lot of my money that I’m being forced to use. I only get my tips once a week now unless you want to pay to receive money you’ve already earned sooner. Garbage alternative to having cash in hand after every shift. Can’t wait to quit this job so I don’t have to deal with this stupid app anymore.
