Shopped yesterday and got my 10% discount knowing that I still had another 10% due from my Everyday Insurance. Shopped today and it just didn’t come up at the checkout. I know it wasn’t a huge spend but what’s the point of offering discounts for loyalty if they’re missed. I was away for almost all of December and have only shopped three times, once in Sydney and twice in Dubbo knowing I had two discounts available for the month and yet only one was offered. Very annoying. Also, the new shop layout is very confusing…everything has moved. I guess we’ll get used to it. I hope the upgrade includes new trollies. The tatty old clunkers are well past their use by date. Thanks
