I’ve searched for a long time for a simple, straightforward meds tracker - no annoying “how are we feeling today?” or multiple reminder pings if you miss your time slot, the “as needed” function is very helpful - for someone that takes 17 pills a day (sometimes more with Advil and others) and needs to track the timing between them, this is a godsend. The help and faq intended orientation is well removed from where you start the setup, that you resort to trial and error to get the first mess in, then struggle to find how to do multiple doses per day, or to set 2 tablets instead of 1. Only because they respond to reviews, did I trust they would reply to my “contact/chat” on a Friday night, but his response came after I had mastered the setup, Interactive help ocloser to the screen you are working g is better. Or push new user to video to get an overview. The only complaints I have is that sometimes it doesn't notify you when it's time for a dose and also it did not adjust with Daylight Savings, so I ended up actually taking my medicine an hour late that morning. Other than that, super useful!
