This company needs to reevaluate its policies. They charge $40 for a session that costs only $3.25 to $3.50 and won’t refund the remaining balance until after 7 business days. If you want to use the reload option, the minimum reload amount is $20, whereas other applications allow a $10 minimum. Additionally, you need to be cautious with some charging stations. They may show as “charging” even though no power is being transferred to the vehicle. To avoid wasting time, always verify through your car’s information system that it is actually charging.

They show that several chargers are available but when you pull in you can’t read which tiny ID# is available. Most charging stations don’t work. I’ve tried 6 times and it only worked once. They make you add $20 to your wallet

The interruption of charging happens a lot, if do midnight charging. And charged of expensive idle fee without any app notifications. Unreasonable experience.

The machines had many glitches and issues. Upon downloading and setting up the app, I was not able to charge until the third try. After 5 minutes, the machine went into “energy preservation mode,” which is ridiculous for a fast-charging network.

App barely works, constantly giving errors, and they pre-charge $40 to your account–double the previous highest I've seen–which is really annoying given the errors (I'm currently waiting on $80 to go back to my account after I foolishly tried connecting twice)

Won't be bothering to use any of their stations again, hopefully they get acquired by a competent company sometime soon

I chose the hotel (Candlewood Suites in Smyrna, GA) because EV charging was advertised but my experience was suboptimal at best. First of all, the sign up in the app was glitchy but I eventually got it done. Then all 3 nights I tried to use this charger, the charger would randomly stop charging during the night. You cannot go to bed hoping you will have a full charge by morning. Disappointing!

The app finally works but the chargers never do and customer support is worthless. This pretty much sums it up. The chargers are always broken. They will charge you idle fees (for 24 hours) even though you weren’t connected. The customer support says it’s not their problem. Just a terrible business.
