I got all bikes saying that they have problems until I renewed my credit cards and then they only go 15 mph unless you pedal like a crazy person haha but good otherwise

Easy, great value and environmentally friendly, what more could you want
The electric kept cutting out!
The electric kept cutting out so had to finish the ride sooner and leave in an area outside of the drop off zone! Meant I had to be charged additional
Too many faults
Another frustrating day of faulty bikes…just too patchy to be enjoyable
Disappointed
Not good, tried 4 bikes today not working
Bikes don’t show on map or are unavailable or the electric motors don’t work
