## Eviora SmartCode Description
Score a patient's RAF in seconds. Eviora SmartCode is the privacy-first ICD-10 reference, capture and risk-scoring tool built for medical coders, risk-adjustment specialists, and clinicians working with Medicare.

RAF CALCULATOR — CMS-HCC V28, PY2027
Enter demographics and diagnosis codes; get a complete risk score with the work shown. Model RAF and Payment RAF, the normalization factor and coding-pattern adjustment as explicit steps, every HCC's contribution with hierarchy trumping, disease interactions, and any codes that didn't map to a payment HCC. Verified 168 of 168 model segments against CMS's own published software. Date of birth is used to compute age on your device and is never transmitted.

LIVE ICD-10 SCANNER
Aim your iPhone camera at a chart, EHR screen, or printed page. Codes are recognized automatically and resolved to their HCC mappings in real time.
