He spent 20 minutes trying to log into this app for his appointment. Each time it said the password was incorrect even though he just created it and also reset it. We tried on multiple devices too. When he finally got into the app (2 minutes before his appointment) it said he had no scheduled appointments. He couldn’t even get the care he needed when he was sick with COVID-19 because this app has an inability to function. When I tried using the desktop browser the meeting never loaded. When I downloaded this app, I tried again to join the meeting with my doctor but the app said that first I need to enter a credit card. When I entered the credit card, the app said that it was unable to verify my credit card. At this point I am not sure whether or not this program is a scam but I would urge medical providers to find a different company to work with because this kind of behavior is suspicious at best.
