Customer Service is Horrible
I got the package for 100 invites. I sent two out to the guests of honour. I then proceeded to add the emails of the other 80 manually. Each time receiving confirmation that my invite was emailed. Nobody received invites. I sent an email immediately to support and received an email back two days later saying they were backlogged and to try links to help articles (which were not helpful-I did look). I sent a second email asking for support. Evite had no problem taking my money but $88 for two invitations sent makes no sense. Still haven’t heard back and invites need to go out pronto. I am going to have to use another company. My daughter in law organizes events as a career for a large university-I guess I should have asked her advice about using Evite before jumping the gun. There is no way yo contact this company other than by their support link.
Where is "what to bring"
Looks like this function disappeared since this spring ? Am I blind or did it really went away ?
Doesn’t load invites
Every time I am sent a direct link to an invite, it doesn’t load and doesn’t show up. They have to manually add my phone number and email address!
Not an improvement from years past…
I used this app frequently over the years. I used it recently and had nothing but issues. Invites undeliverable even with correct information. Than trying to resend didn’t work with each guest. Not worth the $20 i now have to pay for it.
Update not working
Trying to create a. Invitation but the date field does not save. Cannot move to next step because app will not save the date. Yes, my region /location on my phone is accurate. Suggest you send out another update to address this issue.
Clunky and useless
I’d rather just use a group message to set up a party. Hard to update. Can’t resend invite. Some invites undeliverable with no good reason. Clunky and not intuitive. Let’s get together!! But not with Evite 🙄👎🏻

What’s wrong with you people???
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing and you can’t delete contacts you added!! You can only uncheck the contact.. soo unpractical... and if you add an additional page of info, it’s only white and doesn’t match the invitation..
Great but missing a couple functions
