The errors are cryptic, and the enelX chargers that aren’t really supported are garbage anyway. They never answer any of my questions, tried to contact them multiple times and always ignored, in addition, some places that has EV match charge RIDICULOUS amounts for charging. WAY MORE THAN TESLA SUPER CHARGERS. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, HORRIBLE APP. The whole ‘reserve’ function is not at all useful. Leaving a station before a ‘reserved’ time should automatically make it available to the next user, but it doesn’t. The previous user has to cancel the reservation before anyone can use the charger. Not a logical set up when requesting charging. A charger has to be entered instead of choosing one in the app. Having to prepay lump amounts instead ‘pay by use’ creates difficulty in tracking transactions.
