## Evolt Network Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Unreliable"
Charging with this network never goes smoothly. Frequently waiting for something to happen, things time-out. I eventually get a charge most of the time, sometimes after having to call support and get them to reboot the unit. Inconsistent naming/numbering of units also: the sockets are named A and B but the app refers to them as 1 or 2. Basic stuff.
-- Duncan Smart, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Doesn’t work in Isle of Man"
Unable to start charging on selecting a charge point. This should have been tested before rolling out. Very inconvenient as I have been using this point almost every day and now have to find a different one
-- Jellybean4791, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Horrendous"
Awful!
-- Jsbekl97283!:&,, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Terrible - avoid avoid avoid"
Unfortunately I was not able to avoid as installed at my work. The app is terrible, doesn’t recognise the chargers and not synchronised with the website. Phone help no use. Only option is to order a proximity card because software is so bad. Everyone at my work came to the same conclusion. Terrible company and software. No idea how they can still be in business.
-- CustomerUser27, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Can’t log in with the app"
App is useless can’t login just keeps saying error. Luckily I have a RFDI card so I can charge in work.
-- DigitalDJ1, 2024-11-24

### *---- "Worst EV app in UK!"
This app is useless! Never connects and error messages all the time !
-- A Ledge, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Frustrating and unnecessarily difficult"
Utterly pathetic - people who make EV charging this hard should be ashamed. A lesson in how not to develop an app.

Why can’t I just use contactless?
-- Jimmyk500, 2024-11-12

### *---- "Don’t bother with the app"
the app is barely functional it’s quicker and easier to just go on their website and use the charge without account option that is hidden in the FAQ’s.
-- bored of waching adds, 2024-11-11

### *---- "Awful"
Unable to find chargers on app, unable to register for app as it fails to accept UK address. Shocking service for something that is inherently needed for charging with their chargers. To be avoided
-- Tone-UK, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Don’t use this app!!!!!!!"
Tried to use a charger in Plymouth and the app took 2 x £35 prepayments but failed to start the charge. Having called the support line they said it could be upto 7 days for the money to be returned to the bank £70 down for 7 days isn’t acceptable. Will be complaining to my bank
