## EvolveYou Reviews in United States

### ****- "Music keeps pausing"
I have used the app off and on for a few years and mostly enjoy it. I just started the prenatal program. One downside is during the 3-2-1 countdown before an exercise, my music always pauses so I have to restart it. Sometimes it pauses again immediately after I restarted it. I have an iPhone 15 (iOS 18.6.2) and AirPods Pro 2.
-- Caniac123, 2025-09-01

### ***-- "Workouts are good but app is terrible"
Workouts are effective but the app is clunky and goes through periods where it continually crashes throughout a workout. It can be a headache and they haven’t been quick to resolve.
-- ah728, 2025-08-27

### *---- "Nope"
They make it super difficult to cancel your membership/free trial. Then charged me for a full year after I thought I cancelled (again they make it super difficult) and refused to issue a refund. Customer service was snarky as well
-- maddijosie, 2025-08-18

### ***** "GREAT WORKOUTS GREST UX"
Best workouts EVER!!! Love the UX! Krissy us my fav trainer
-- Blossom Ojukwu, 2025-08-11

### **--- "This app used to be so diverse 😒"
I used to love Evolve You for its diverse representation—seeing women of all colors and backgrounds made the workouts feel inclusive and empowering. Lately, though, it feels like that diversity has disappeared, replaced by a one-look-fits-all approach. Fitness is for everyone, and it’s disappointing to see the app lose sight of that. I hope they return to the inclusivity that once made this platform truly stand out.
-- Tiap89, 2025-08-11

### *---- "Terrible"
I can’t ever get the programs to load. It used to offer to download it so you could avoid that issue. Now it doesn’t. Waist of money. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for the year subscription.
-- Haikfhuoakvy, 2025-07-22

### ***** "Great app if you are not a beginner !"
I used to go to the gym very consistently, stopped going and it was really hard for me to get back into it. However this app has made it extremely easy for me to follow a plan! Something I would say is that if you are beginner the descriptions are not that beginner friendly. I absolutely love the app but because I had already tried most of the workout before. However the app doesn’t really give you recommendations on how much weight you should lift at first if any if you are a beginner or when to alternate legs or arms when doing some workouts. However, overall if you have just a little bit of knowledge on gym workouts I would 10000% recommend you getting this app, the videos are extremely helpful to help you with your form. Amazing meal recommendations also.
-- Jari_05, 2025-07-20

### *---- "Reoccurring charge after cancellation"
I have canceled the subscription through the app to find payment attempts to my CC. I go to log into the website, all of a sudden my password is invalids Although I have not changed my password, if I did the password keeper would have updated since I was able to log into my app to cancel the subscription 2 yrs. ago. Both times it continues to charge my credit card.

I went to reset the password, it requires a verification code that was never emailed. It is nearly impossible to get to immediate support. Instead I get an email support saying it will be 3-4 days for a response in a verification code. I need someone to respond to confirm unauthorized charge with unsubscribe. I enjoyed the app until this experience and would not return if this does not get resolved.
-- Ms Fong, 2025-07-02

### ****- "Vacation mode"
I love this app so much and have been a follower of Kristy for years. I’ve loved watching Krissy and her company “evolve” ;) the one thing I wish was included in the app was an option to go on vacation mode or shift the current program back if you don’t have access to equipment.
-- emilyreadd, 2025-06-10

### *---- "Cancellation"
Be careful with the yearly subscriptions ! Yes it’s my fault for not realizing I agreed to a yearly subscription & didn’t cancel. I misunderstood/ forgot I’m human. That’s not why I’m upset, I Reached out to customer support to let them know my situation & if there is anything they could do since I didn’t realize it would auto renew without sending a reminder at least. They told me there is nothing they could do & I will continue to have access until my year is up. SO DISAPPOINTED by the way they handled this. No care in the world or sorry for the confusion, appreciate your business, nothing.
