Customer service
Customer service is trash. Non of my tickets are ever resolved, yet they mark them as resolved. With the crazy amounts of millions of $ that people spend on this game, you would think that they have a half decent customer service. 🚮 don’t tell me to give the ticket number here because we all know that there’s no reply button, and I’d love to keep my comment for everyone to see.
Deceit
It’s not a puzzle game. It is a war game with some strategic features (troops training, upgrading buildings, gathering resources, killing monster either alone or in a rally with other players). You will need to purchase inevitably to be able to progress and be a competitive player. The purchase you have to make will be a lot to reach an acceptable level and strength in this game. The game is addictive once you start purchasing and investing to become a competitive player. I’m not saying it’s a bad game or saying “do not download”. I’m just saying that the marketing of this game doesn’t reflect the reality and nature of this game. Puzzles are less than %1 of this game. Their customer support is also very poor unless you have a very high VIP level (VIP level increases with purchases).

Great game but …
I love how the game is full of events and things to do but unfortunately support is so bad it’s like it doesn’t exist !!! I opened ticket to report a problem I’m facing on Nov 1 and today Nov 11 and no reply ! You’d think with the money the game is making they would have a decent support 🤔

something you started then stopped As scales of beast ? why when the viking be starting just hydra monsters we seen? no medal monster to kill as not players not in alliance also ymir monsters just two days then 11 days off ? why witches take nine days or more with many kind of monsters ? when viking comes just hydra ? it bad distribution truce ? when i got three days and i can buying more not continue but replacing it's lost to my mony or gems if buying then replaced? must be increasing not lost the past shield !!!! and more things i can't now to talking about

Can u please stop using fake advertisement I downloaded this on all devices because there is no like puzzles in advertisement full things I don’t like I want the puzzles in the advertisement and I want to play that not this
