The game blocked my account and suspended it without me knowing why. In order to contact customer support you need to start playing again from lvl 1 and it takes 30 minutes. After you log in your complaint, no one responds. Dreadful experience. After playing for a month every day and getting to level 30, the game just suspended my account for no reason. Avoid. 0 stars out of 5
