Have many communications with the administrative team. Usual response takes more than weeks and usually they will brush you off. Their response is also based on your VIP level which is determined by your ability to make in-app purchases. Usually response will hasten when you reach VIP15 and above. Which is equivalent to USD2300 and above. I have spend close to 3 years on this game, and met with many issues from members suspensions due to false reporting by others and citations of illicit transactions (which never happens), the administrations team never was able to provide evidence despite pressuring from our end. They often brushes of enquires,and closure of the ticket input without solving or even an attempt to solve the issues. Also, usual games will provide you a refresh t&c, but however provide you a choice to continue and upgrade the game or to ignore and continue the game and uses a far back version until it could no longer work. However, in evony, you are not given a choice. You are forced to accept the upgrades or not proceed with the games any further. I have spent thousands on this game, but yet this games has no assurance and whatsoever. They simply added in more terms to protect themselves as and when they deem neccesary. In certain popular games, you can trade equipment and even the account for the time and money you spend on it because you have the ownership to the game. But in evony, it is as if your shoppings never belongs to you at all. I have spend months to fight for rights but the administrations failed to even acknowledge it. They didn't even have a manager team that could response. Not even a legal department where we could send in and seek for compensations. My advise is, think twice before you play it.There are plenty of nice players in-game. But the administrations team and creator seems to treat this game as a money game. I really wish I could attached all the evidence I have gathered and all the exchanges we had.😃 And yet the only response you could was "this game wasn't all about money" 😂😂😂 but among all the question you could see and response to was money questions😘 how about the fairness of your team? Your t&c? Your teams ways of management? Your contacts of your legal team?

Have been playing POZ ( plague of Zee ) for sometime now , Top games has not been any kind of support to paying players for over a year. The dev have outright lying to us about fixing the game and bring events back but nothing happens. So if you want to put money in top games BEAWARE they will take your money and leave you dry

I have upgraded my iOS and Evony app but it keeps on lagging! Not allowing me to join rallies or even send marches. It’s very inconvenient to keep wanting to fix and app is not responding.

Keep asking to update but the game still so unstable even when using wifi. Useless updates!!!
