Put in time work and $$ for buffs, which we trust evony to do such… not true. Sent a ticket after wasting hours buffing and bubbling checking too see dragon buffs, civilization treasure and buffs were not work.

What is common is you making a valid issue to their attention,   They start slowing down my March speeds… and city RSS production and start booting me out of game every 10 mins.

Loading this app is a constant issue and every few days is a new bug fix needing a reload.  The support staff are not supportive with login issues or problems.    You go back and forth without a resolution.  Not worth the hassle.

Misleading advertising of game. Predatory games that pushes addicting gaming behavior. Customer support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They allow  racial, sexual harassment, and other abusive behavior towards players from other players with little to no intervention. Very irresponsible company. Many have spent outrageous amounts of money on this game because of its addictive predatory nature. This game seriously needs to be investigated and legal actions taken against it.

The devs say they will enforce banning of cheaters but they allow cheats to run rampant. My alliance have sent plenty of evidence and still nothing happens. Frustrating to spend time and resources on the game to just have cheaters steal your stuff. Iscout allows people a huge unfair advantage. The game would be great if they actually kept the cheats out.

Many players on this platform cheat, either by points trading or by using supposedly illegal third party apps to beat the system. Evony’s customer service team ignores complaint submissions and repeatedly lies to their customers about their commitment to ensuring fair gameplay. This is a toxic and broken ecosystem, and it’s best to find another game to play.

Game is incredibly manipulative of its players with every possible gambling tactic employed. 

Players are trapped on the same server, by design, to aggravate and encourage more spending (rage bait) it’s just an absolutely parasitic trap designed like a much more cruel version of a casino. 

The adverts of mazes and puzzles are an entirely silly, and pointless aspect of the game. They use these incredibly misleading adverts to lure people into what they think is a fun game of solving puzzles, into an absolutely pay to survive brutal PvP game. It’s false pretenses. This game has ruined a lot of lives.

Then closed the in game ticket. And said any other tickets would not get answered.

I am done playing and spending money on something that doesn’t help improve the overall game….  Updates only improve.  Their Profit….
