Evri FAQ
Is Evri free?
Yes, Evri is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Evri legit?
⚠️ The Evri app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I use Evri A LOT and is always reliable and parcels are easy to follow. The most annoying thing is the app. Every single time you click off an item it takes literally about 20 seconds to refresh. When you have 9-10 parcels to check this is very annoying and needs fixing fast. None of the other couriers apps take this time. Please fix!! Also when you say 2 day delivery I think you should deliver in 2 days not 4!! Regular occurrence…
Confusion reigns supreme
Evri are always delivering my parcels not to my house .. but to an unknown destination..
Can there drivers read
I know it can be difficult to understand the English language but if they get the address right surely they can read the sign on my back gate. It says can all parcels be delivered to the front of my house and not thrown over by back gate/wall. I am in the house 90% of the time as I’m disabled but still they throw it over the gate in all weather, and it doesn’t matter if it is fragile so I have to return broken stuff. You try to complain by email and they say sorry your parcel is missing and check with family and neighbours. I will give you a clue the front of the house is the one with the door that has a letter box on it pass this on to your drivers, come on get your act together so you don’t have to change your name again.
Lost parcel
Unable to find parcel
The worst
I ordered a monitor on eBay but it said it will arrive in tuesday and it hasn’t came yet it has been 2 weeks since I bought it because it has been fricking delayed
Updating delivery
The parcels are delivered but App doesn’t show it. Very frustrating because deliveries from months ago are still saying out for delivery. App totally useless
Poor App, and not accessible
Terrible App, and awful company. Can’t copy and paste anything within App, so makes contacting Evri with tracking information impossible unless you have two devices or you write the very long tracking details on a piece of paper. Have lost several parcels, so will never use them again.
You deserve a zero star not 1
I think this Evri delivery should be band from doing deliveries in uk,since they have very poor management.its either your parcel get missing or gets damaged..My first experience the parcel never got to me and this time they have emailed me that my parcel is damaged beyond repair .Just in the space of 3 months i used evri, 5 parcels 1 lost 1 damaged.
Terrible
Ordered a package from Vinted to be delivered to my local post office delivery driver didn’t deliver it at all so I’ve lost money because of them and don’t have my package!
