We’ll make sure your parcel goes where it needs to go. We offer great value, with competitive prices for standard and next day delivery.
Convenience
Just drop off your parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop or Locker and we’ll do the rest. Or arrange for one of our friendly couriers to pick it up from your home.
Divert
Not going to be in? Change of plans? No problem – it’s easy to divert to a ParcelShop or Locker.
Tracking
You’re on the right track with us. You can see where your parcel is at every stage of its journey.
Take control
Whether you want your parcel delivered to your doorstep, a nominated safe place or a favourite neighbour, use the My places feature to set your personal preferences.
Returns
If it’s not quite right, it’s easy to return an item for free to many of the UK’s top retailers. Arrange a courier collection or drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker.

Unreliable untrustworthy drop the parcels and get off the parcels never turn up there was gone missing. Poor customer service and rude delivery service won’t use them again well I never used them the TikTok shop use them cut corners and scam people money using this service horrible never used them again

Company lost my parcel which I used their NEXT DAY DELIVERY service! And they are not going to refund it either, as inside were dishes. Ridiculous! Company doesn’t have any respect and responsibility!

It won’t let me create an account! I was meant to get a delivery on Saturday apparently no one was in and no where to leave parcel so will be redelivered. I have a parcel box ! I live in a small bungalow and me my 2 children and dog was in the entire day, I also have a ring doorbell that can be heard in the garden, and sets the dog barking. So, it’s utter rubbish that it couldn’t be delivered. Extremely disappointed.

I see all these negative reviews about Evri. Even when it was Hermes i never once had an issue. The driver knows me by name, thing is i barely ever see him now. I’ve had minor issues with other delivery services ie a package being delivered to the wrong address but was retrieved so in my eyes no harm done and would still highly rate them. With Evri, not a single issue hence the 5 stars.

Unresponsive service

Waited whole day at home, status updated to unable to deliver! Then the Parcel no update for a week, enquiry raised over 48h, no email reply nor callback received as request, unable to copy reference from APP tracking page! How could I expect

Never receive any notifications about delivery days/times etc even with all app and device notifications set to on. Tracking never updates in the app either just stays stuck “at local depot “ no expected days or times either. Totally useless unreliable app and courier
