If I could give a zero, I would. This is useless. Half the items are missing including the “performance” tab to see ETAs etc. tried to reset password and never have I been given the email they say gets sent. Can’t even view manifests correctly. I send queries and never get answers or results. What a Joke this company is to work for. No wonder parcels go missing when you don’t have simple systems that work.

I think the only make this app to curries can’t change bands because now is a lots of difficult .

Every time they upgrade this app they make it worse for the user

How come the customer comments have been removed and the courier star rating ?

Where has the performance option gone? Why can’t we see customers comments on how well we’re doing and what they like? A pointless upgrade!

It’s hard to fathom how poorly optimised this app is. The back end must be a joke, enjoy waiting a solid 10 seconds to watch all your keystrokes happen at once

EVRI will not take any kind of payment. Just shows a message ‘wrong details’ 😡

Terrible app, Terrible company!

I find it a doddle to use but I do wish I didn’t have to constantly log-in, why can’t it remember me? Can you also not make it FACE ID compatible?
