If I could give a zero, I would. This is useless. Half the items are missing including the “performance” tab to see ETAs etc. tried to reset password and never have I been given the email they say gets sent. Can’t even view manifests correctly. I send queries and never get answers or results. What a Joke this company is to work for. No wonder parcels go missing when you don’t have simple systems that work.

We are delivering parcels and taking photographs every day. Sign in out of the app submitting all day work and information. Log into this app to check on manifests to find out that most days need to be updated manually. This is in our spare time ... Other way we do t get paid.
