Customer Service are slow to reply and are not well-versed with the system. Teaching you how to manually operate technical devices where in there is available QR in entering Station Port ID and insisting that the car or the port is loose (describing the problem) rather than thinking fast on how to solve the problem (sending Technical team in site). I know that CS only follow set of replies, but come on guys, you can do better than that! -- Limpogi, 2026-08-24 ### *---- "Consistently Disappoints" I never have a smooth experience with Evro, whether it’s payment, charging, or customer service. The worst -- Shawn Mag, 2026-08-17 ### ***** "Highly Recommended" Highly Recommended -- myofficialgadgets, 2026-08-10 ### ***-- "Good but…" Needs to have a countdown timer so you’ll know exactly when to disconnect. The overstaying fee of 500 is too much given that the stations often do not have strong signal. -- openlancelot, 2026-06-16 ### *---- "Unreliable and slow wifi connection on stations" Ive been to 2 DC Chargers of Evro and none of them charging. I even waited for 30 mins but the station did not provide any output. -- Caelum Arden, 2026-06-08 ### ****- "Convenient App, Minor Improvement Needed" Easy to use yung app and the charging process itself. However, I noticed that there’s no iDM (T1&T2) option for Jetour vehicles in the app, only Ice Cream is available. I suggest adding all PHEV and EV models to make the app more convenient and user-friendly for everyone. 🙂 -- Gold_Quim, 2026-06-07 ### *---- "The Evro App Does Not Issue Refunds" The Evro App Does Not Issue Refunds -- Whereismyrefund200, 2026-05-02 ### *---- "worst app ever" of the 6 times ive tried using it, it hasnt worked once. errors everytime i try to charge. -- pathatesevro, 2026-04-05 ### **--- "Not always Useful" I am unable to cancel the charging session sometimes and the app does not update if the station is online and working -- Jgg?, 2026-03-29 ### *---- "Every charge needs CS" Insanely slow app. There is an issue everytime I charge. Need to reach out to CS everytime to resolve. Even need to wait 30mins-1hr to resolve issue. -- jnsoo123, 2026-03-06 ### **--- "Android app isnt buggy like ios app" I’ve had constant problems with scanning qr codes (app says qe code is invalid) and now i’ve had problems charging because the app says my car isnt plugged even tho it is. Every time this happens, my wife takes over and just uses her andriod phone so we can charge properly 🥲 -- Rh216, 2026-03-03 ### *---- "OTP sucks." I am trying to register but when it comes to the OTP for mobile number registration, it takes forever to arrive. And when it arrives, it will say expired or invalid. Can’t register at all -- Zeus_1100, 2026-02-11 ### *---- "No way to unsubscribe from sms" spam -- syapi bayer, 2026-02-01 ### *---- "Loaded and Refund issues" Doesn’t have proper Refund process for AC mobility. I loaded 600 and it total zeroed my balance! And until now more than 24 hours still haven’t provided my refund. Please improve your app and process. -- jojo carpio, 2026-01-22 ### *---- "Service and App Defective" Charged for the service I was not able to avail, terrible and unhelpful customer service on top of a terrible and faulty app! I wish for more provider that can give a better service! -- RichbertPatrick, 2025-12-13 ### *---- "Horrible app" They make it so hard to pay. So hard to use. -- abiaeterno, 2025-12-04 ### *---- "VOUCHER IS A SCAM" They gave a free 800-peso voucher. I followed all the steps and made sure that the voucher was applied. I even contacted their CS before I started charging just to be sure. After my session, my credit card was still billed!!! I reached out to their CS to explain what happened. They just said that they couldn't do anything on what's already been paid. They did not even try to check or investigate. WHAT A SCAM! -- Cris5828, 2025-11-28 ### *---- "Spam forever" Once they get your number they text you almost everyday. Impossible to block them or get them to stop messaging you. -- abumaor, 2025-11-15 ### ***** "Great app to look for charging stations" The app shows all charging stations across the country so it’s super helpful. I travel quite often from metro manila to north luzon so i have no problems charging. Payment is easy too via cc. No issues -- Miavco17, 2025-10-21 ### *---- "FRAUDULENT APP!! Bug on overstaying" This app does not track realtime when you disconnect your vehicle after charging. Then it will penalized you for “overstaying “ even if you have completed charging already. App support is zero to none, theyll just hook you up on an AI chatbot -- Evro-app-is-a-scam, 2025-10-19 [View all Evro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Evro Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Philippines | Utilities | #89 | ## Apps Similar to Evro - [Strip and Browhaus](https://apptail.io/app/strip-and-browhaus-fzTb/philippines) - [APGS](https://apptail.io/app/apgs-ZDLf/philippines) - [MYLEXUS PH](https://apptail.io/app/mylexus-ph-udmi/philippines) - [Supernova Ev Charger](https://apptail.io/app/supernova-ev-charger-HkOk/philippines) - [WSI Community](https://apptail.io/app/wsi-community-ltsl/philippines) - [RAEDIAN](https://apptail.io/app/raedian-DKdm/philippines) - [Honda Connect Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/honda-connect-philippines-veIn/philippines) ## Evro Available In - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/philippines) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/united-states) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/kuwait) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/denmark) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/ireland) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/belgium) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/lithuania) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/netherlands) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/czechia) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/russia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/turkey) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/evro-xzup/belarus) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
