Switches in offline mode
Since the last update my light switches are showing offline ( only Lan mode). I tried to re-add the devices again but still not showing online

Many problems connections responses with Siri Shortcuts Please attention to solve all the problems quickly. There are many problems with Shortcut app. Link . Please, add the Ewelink app in the “action” to add action in shortcut app to control the devices by Siri.

How can you stop ifttt for free plan and you sell tour products with advertising that its works with ifttt How can you legally doing that after we purchased your products
The app is crashing
The last update is very bad every time i open the app is crashing and close. I am using iPhone 6+
Very good update but with major problem
Hello guys, Application is very good after update but has very very major problem Before the update I only had to log in only once then afterwards it will automatically login and open the app After the update I have to put credentials every single time I open the app which is very very very very bad specially for old people who barely can put their credentials easily. Also I have one feature you can add in future updates. I want a scene that allows me the following condition: When someone turns on one switch(for example connected to the fan), I want the same switch to turn off after certain amount (for example 4 hours). This situation happens mainly when I go to sleep I want the fan only working for 4 or 5 hours before the weather gets cold. In the current scenes when you select a switch as an if condition, I can't use it in the then condition. Thanks in advance.
The Devices dont appear without internet
I really appreciate your new designs which make the app looks great and more user friendly but without internet connection i cannot see the connected device in the lan mode which is very confused wish you fix this bug soon or educate me how to save the data of my device in the app while i am using it in a lan network
