The app works for most I guess, there are bugs that are really in your face that you would think would be resolved in no time.

I bought their advanced plan, thinking that will give me some priority when requesting support, and I could not have been more wrong, or maybe I am and basically if you don’t pay there would be no support, in any case even with that plan none of my issues with the software running on the devices and the app are resolved (months later).

I invested about 2K USD into sonoff’s echo system, and up until those issues started, which I’m willing to bet are bugs introduced in one of their releases, I was planning on moving on with my full home automation plans and to stick to sonoff, now I’m torn between flushing it all down the toilette and starting over with another vendor or just abandon the whole project because I am sick to my bones from it.

Support does not even acknowledge your existence by just replying “we got your message we are looking into it”
