I then tried pair it to Tuya APP, it was a Breeze, no problem.

It does not work with homekit, meaning you have to load the app before you can control anything. Then sometimes you find for some unspecified reason, nothing is responding. Network failures everywhere despite local network being completely functional.

Quite sickening.
