Zigbee TH battery units no good, loose contact. But most are still working. A while ago the power readings on my sonoff devices stopped working dependabtly, most of the time the devices shows no power usage even though there are loads running. And with the latest release all of a sudden my schedules disappear which leaves devices on or off so now I have to open the app and check if the schedules have been deleted several times per day to make sure, if this isn’t being fixed in the next update I will remove my 40+ sonoff devices and buy something else because I can’t have it like this next winter when I have to rely on the schedules. -- Lukkiiiii, 2024-06-11 ### *---- "Not working at all" On iPhone 12 mini iOS 17.1.1 cannot add any wifi devices. It forces you to disclose your location and other PII that are not needed for it to work. My main gripe with the app is that it has obviously not gone through any kind of user acceptance testing, which is kind of odd as the app is several years old and has a lot of users. I get that the average chinese person finds english difficult, but then you should ask someone to help you! The app is full of inconsistencies, for example, when you are to enter SSID and PSK, the SSID field cannot be filled. When pressed it takes you to phone settings. What? Please try to use the app before releasing it. That said, I only use Sonoff devices with custom firmware, and my only use for the app is with some devices requiring it to set it to ”DIY mode”. -- movingawayfromsonoff, 2021-12-23 ### *---- "Use location?" The app sometimes indicates it failed to send a command but the remote controlled devices (sonoff power switches) actually did receive it. The result is a mismatch in displayed status and the actual status of the switches. I never experienced this in the earlier version of the app! This bugg makes my remote controlled applications totally useless since I cannot be sure if the power is on or off! Please fix this bugg immediately! It’s a total show-stopper!!
