The worst app for viewing cameras, Exacq server works great but the app really doesn’t do it any justice.

Does not work

One would think that after spending thousands of dollars on an Exacq vision NVR, Johnson Controls could develop a decent App. I actually use Blink cameras in conjunction with my Exacqvision/Axis cameras for remote viewing on a smart device. Blink has a much better App and video motion detection.

After latest upgrade cameras populate then stop working

Unable to display views, maps and groups...

Cannot view cameras when connected to server, seems like this would be the most important aspect of a NVR viewing app. Same result on both iPad and iPhone X, been unusable for a while, was hoping this last update would fix.

I would think this would be a professional and reliable company given the cost of the equipment. And yet on the last update the app connections to the back end server are broken and very rarely connect. This has been an ongoing issue for months and still not fixed. I am very surprised at this company. And very disappointed. I have trusted my security video systems to them, unfortunately.

Installed the latest software available on Exacq web site .. download the app from « app store » i m from canada then my cellular compagnie is Rogers .. I even though tried with wifi and still connection failed
