Will it ever work reliably?
Poor support and poor UX
Customer Support to manage my deposit in usd was very poor and not only I lost about 80 usd on failed transfers but also didn’t have my money for almost a month. Mobile app on iOS is far from great and has poor user experience.
Veeery dissapointed
In general the app is fine, has all required features. But very often it cannot connect with its servers. After opening the app it shows „connecting” and simply cannot connect. The effect is you cannot trade on it. Also finding the assets is very difficult, the app does not search even the asset is covered by Exante. It happens very often. If it will not be fixed I will consider to move away from Exante, bc I trade only on app. Admins, please do something. This is very unuasual. Had Saxo Bank, have XTB and such things does not happen at all.
