A simple, self service method for our clients' customers to manage their payments. It's part of our commitment to providing easy ways to pay and multiple engagement channels.
User-friendly functionality
The app shows the amount owed, what has been paid (including date and amount), payment arrangement details and what is outstanding, with user-friendly colour coding:
• green for up-to-date accounts
• red for arrears
The app sends notifications reminding about payments due. Just click the link to the secure payment page and add the unique reference code.
Links to charities
The app also contains links to all the main debt charities, should you need assistance.
