I love that there are videos to show you how to do each exercise and gives specific instructions on repetitions, and how often to do them. Without this app, I probably wouldn’t have stuck through the program. I like that you can earn stars😂 I’m a sucker for that sort of thing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ What could be improved in my opinion? The feedback option allows you to communicate with your doctor, how easy or hard exercises were, and the rate of pain that was caused by them, however, it doesn’t give you the opportunity to rate each exercise separately. I find that some of the exercises are harder and more painful than others. It would be nice if you could rate each exercise. The message option is great too and allows you to leave messages for your doctor. My doctor doesn’t get the messages unless I call and ask so there is room for improvement on the backside with notifications to the provider.
